The DISCOVER Horizon project was presented at the European Robotics Forum (ERF 2025), held from 25–27 March 2025, highlighting its latest progress in integrating robotics into construction and deconstruction processes. The project was represented by its partner, CDEI-UPC (Centre de Disseny d’Equips Industrials).

Mr. Lluís Bonet Ortuño, representing CDEI-UPC, showcased how DISCOVER is applying advanced robotic technologies to address key challenges in the construction sector. The session also featured contributions from other EU project representatives and fellow experts, underlining the growing importance of robotics in shaping more efficient and sustainable building and demolition practices.

The presentation of the project, demonstrated how robotic solutions can help reduce waste, address labour shortages, and support the transition towards a more sustainable construction industry.

By participating in ERF 2025, DISCOVER reinforced its role in advancing innovation and contributing to the digital and green transformation of the construction sector.
