On 10 October, Maria Ana Benoliel, researcher at C5LAB – CoLAB for Sustainable Cement, delivered a guest lecture to first-year students of the Environmental Science for Sustainability, Ecosystems and Technology full-time programme at Avans University of Applied Sciences.

During the lecture, Maria Ana presented the work of C5LAB and introduced the collaborative activities being carried out within the DISCOVER Horizon Europe project. The session highlighted how DISCOVER brings together digitalisation, sustainability assessment, and circular economy principles to support the reuse and recovery of materials from buildings at their end-of-life.
